About Mike's discount tires

New and used tires shop looking to help all of Volusia county with any tire needs

Located at 401 Mason Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32117, Mike's discount tires operates as an used tire shop serving Daytona Beach in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 9 am–5:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Mike's discount tires at (386) 366-1708; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 350 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded used tire shops in Daytona Beach.

Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Mike and the tall guy that works there I don’t know his name but they both have been amazing and super helpful both times I went in for my tires. Highly recommend this place even when they are super busy they take the initiative to make sure you are taken care of!

I came in from Atlanta. I had a bad tire on the front. And when I tell you, all of the gentlemen went above and beyond. From suggestions on how to get to the beach.. Advising us on the rip current. But also they changed my tires. They rotated a few from the back to the front. Their attitudes were friendly upbeat. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs a tire. Thank y'all so much you're sending me back to ATL riding, right πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›

Got a flat on my trailer, and they saw me about five minutes and had me on my way in about five minutes. Very honest, very helpful even though they were busy, they got me in and out within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

If there was a way to give this company six stars I would. I’ve never had such good service for someone who isn’t even a customer. I got an accident outside of their store and they treated me as if I was one of their family members they were able to help me get my car to work and to give me the ability to get at home please please please use them go to them. They are great people and I hope they have years and years worth of success.

Needed two front tires as mine were completely bald, Brad and Jamie both tag-teamed the job and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Brad even let my 5-year-old son squeeze the drill that makes that awesome noise we all love. Awesome place, awesome staff, awesome prices. I will be back.
